What does this site collect?
Very little, because it does not take orders or run accounts.
Memopezilmind is an information site run by a Memopezil U.S. stocking partner. You can read every page without giving us any personal information. The site has no sign-in, no shopping cart and no payment form. The buy buttons send you to the order page at realmemopezil.com, which is a separate site with its own handling of your data.
Like most websites, the server that delivers our pages may log technical details such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you open. We use such logs only to keep the site running and secure.

What happens to emails and messages
If you write to [email protected], we receive your email address and whatever you include. We use it to reply, to fix errors you report and, if you ask, to consider a review for publication. We do not sell or rent email addresses. We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and then delete it on a reasonable schedule.
Please do not send medical records, card numbers, government ID numbers or other sensitive details by email. We do not need them to answer a question about a page, and we cannot protect them as a clinic would.

Your data at checkout
When you click a buy button, you leave this site. The order page and the order desk collect the details they need to ship and bill, and they keep order records. The label names GEX Corp as distributor, and the distributor phone number is the same as the order desk number. We have not seen a separate privacy notice from either, so we cannot summarize one.

How we use what we receive, and on what basis
We use information only for the reason you gave it to us.
- To answer you. A question about a page gets a reply, and we may keep the thread to avoid asking you the same thing twice.
- To fix errors. If you report a mistake, we use your message to check and correct the page, and we may credit the report if you ask.
- To consider a review. If you offer a review, we use your details to verify it before publishing anything, and we publish only with written permission.
- To keep the site secure. Server logs help us spot abuse and technical faults.
We do not use your details for automated decisions, profiling or unrelated marketing. If we ever plan a newsletter, we will ask for your clear consent first and give an easy way to leave.

Email is not always encrypted end to end, which is one more reason to keep sensitive details out of it. We limit who can read our contact inbox and we delete old threads that we no longer need.
No system is perfectly safe. If we learn of a breach that affects your personal information, we will tell affected people as the law requires.

The pages on this site are static files. We do not set advertising cookies and we do not sell data. If we add analytics in future, we will update this policy and say which tool we use and what it collects. Fonts and images are served from this site.
Some pages embed no outside content. Where we display an image or a seal, the file comes from our own server and does not send your visit to an advertising network. If you open a link to an outside site, that site can see that you came from ours, and it may set its own cookies.
Links to other sites, such as NIH, the FDA and the order page, lead to places with their own policies. We are not responsible for them.

We do not sell or share personal information for advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of, but you can still ask us what we hold.
We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13, and the product label advises against use by anyone under 18 without a physician's advice.
